Yet another beautiful dress! I'd had my eye on Merida for a while and was so excited when it finally arrived. I feel like such a fantasy maiden when i wear it, Despite the fabric feeling somewhat thinner than i expected, My favorite thing about the dress is the drape! it hangs so beautifully and the skirt moves so smoothly and it feels so elegant! (it's also very fun to spin in!). The Material is so soft it feels generally very comfortable to wear, and the colour is just stunning! I love Green Jade, its such a bold, deep colour but holds really well even after several washes. I was a bit worried when i ordered this dress as i have quite muscular arms (though i had previously bought Astra and hadn't had any issues with the sleeves), but the adjustable cord on the sleeves is perfect I'm 5ft3, 38 bust, 30 waist and 39 hips and i always order size M as the fit is always spot on even with the shrinkage.
I love this dress! The embroidery is gorgeous and the fit is wonderful. I feel like a princess!
I am so in love with my merida dress. Its for my upcoming Handfasting which I am so excited for. The material is soft and the dress itself is a lovely weight. I love how it flares out when I twirl. I intend to wear it through after my Handfasting. Thankyou so happy with my dress and intend to get more.
I took careful and honest measurements and then placed my order. The dress is a dream. I love the functional arm and back laces that tighten and loosen as you need. The Celtic stitching is clean and high quality. The room in the skirt made for great twirling.
