I've had my renee tunic in natural for over a year and it's great! Perfect for layering with a corset, but also quite versatile for day-to-day wear. In "natural", it's quite sheer and can't be worn without something over it. The off-white colour pairs really well with most of my wardrobe and I wear it year-round. I've lost 25lbs since my purchase and the size L still fits fine because it's quite adjustable and meant to fit loosely. I've since purchased the renee in 2 more colours in size M and those also fit quite well, so no need to stress too much over the size chart. I machine-wash and -dry mine in a garment bag. It comes out of the machine quite wrinkled, but that doesn't bother me and I prioritize convenience. Even with my neglect, it's holding up great!
The comfiest of all chemises. I probably could have got a smaller size, but I wanted big poofy sleeves.
I ordered this tunic in a medium (I am roughly 5'4" and 125lbs) and it fits a wee bit on the roomy side (see photo) but that was perfectly okay with me for what I wanted it for. But, I could easily go for a small as well, I think. The cotton-ness of it means it can BREATHE (very important at my age) but it is also warm enough. The ties make it easy to adjust to where I want it on my neckline and the elasticized sleeves stay put under a coat or sweater, or when pushed up to my elbow. The colour is a true to the website photo and the dye job is consistent all the way through the tunic. This is a fantastic and versatile piece of clothing that can be worn for both formal and casual events!
I am very pleased with the quality in fabric and construction of my Renée Tunic. It feels so light and comfortable to wear.
